Sidney came to Olde Manegepeerd around 2010.  He was from a campsite where, because of all the attention, he was kicking and biting. In the beginning when he first came to Olde Manegepeerd he was also kicking and biting, but now he is a calm Shetland pony who actually likes attention!  He is a sweet little pony, happy, contented and appreciative of any attention you give him. The sanctuary has an open day on the last Sunday of each month, where you can visit and meet the horses, including sweet Sidney.
