​In 2016, super handsome Saigon retired at the age of 17. He had worked at Goudse Hout in Gouda as a riding school horse before retiring at Olde Manegepeerd. He is quite tall (1.67) and although he has health issues, this doesn't stop him enjoying life! If you want to meet Saigon, the sanctuary has an open day on the last Sunday of each month, where you can visit, meet the horses and enjoy a cuppa and a biscuit on the terrace!
