Sweet and gentle Moblie ​was 16 years old when she arrived at Olde Manegepeerd in April 2010.​ She came to the sanctuary from Waalzicht, a riding school in Ridderkerk, as she could no longer work (bearing any weight on her back made her lame). Moblie is enjoying a long retirement at Olde Manegepeerd, grazing in the fields, trotting around with the other horses and enjoying cuddles from Rika and the volunteers. Moblie is a happy character and loves to 'chat'! The sanctuary has an open day on the last Sunday of each month, where you can visit and meet the horses, including sweet Moblie.
