Across the road from my house and studio is my neighbour Beer. He is so friendly and loves to be petted. Sometimes you see him being walked by the children in our neighbourhood, they adore him (as do I). Beer's guardian is a wonderful neighbour and has helped us out on numerous occasions. As a thank you, I painted Beer. Our neighbour has a huge heart for animals and was very happy to let me use Beer's portrait to raise funds for an animal shelter.
